Context Let’s say a T-Bank client travels to another country. Once there, they realize they can’t withdraw cash from local ATMs due to sanctions. However, we know there are a few foreign ATMs that still accept Russian cards.

Task Design a feature that helps solve potential problems in this situation within the T-Bank app. The outcome of the task should be well-detailed interfaces covering the full user scenario.

Our insights:

• We know that people arrange currency exchanges with each other via dedicated Telegram chats
• We know the business has plans to develop social features within the app

• We know that a small number of foreign ATMs still work with Russian cards
